Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use WHB.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Use of Services
- WHB provides tools for automated trading and investing. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
- You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions made using WHB.
- WHB is non-custodial: your funds remain in your brokerage account, and you manage your broker account directly.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Isolation
- Each user connects their own brokerage account via secure authorization. All bot activity is limited to that user’s account only. White Hat Bots does not enable copying or replicating other users’ trades.
Broker references
- References to third-party brokerages indicate connectivity only and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Subscriptions and Payments
- WHB is free during the beta period. Paid subscription plans may be introduced later.
- Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers. WHB does not store full payment details, only payment type (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: - Use WHB for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. - Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality or security. - Share, resell, or misuse WHB in ways not permitted by these terms.
Intellectual Property
- All content, code, and technology of WHB are owned by 4Team Corporation.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer WHB without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
- WHB, 4Team Corporation, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or interruption of service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the use of WHB shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the service during the 3 months preceding the event.
Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4Team Corporation, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of WHB, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to WHB if you violate these terms.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
